Due to line block in Chakradharpur division, the route of Ara-Durg South Bihar Express and Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express will be changed for 10 days. Due to this, South Bihar train leaving from Ara will not come to Tatanagar station on 13 October, 20 October, 27 October, 3 November, 10 November, 17 November, 24 November and on 1 December, 8 December, 15 December, and will go to Durg via Chandil, Kandra and Sini.

On the other hand, Rishikesh-Puri Utkal Express will not come to Tatanagar on 17 October, 24 October, 21 October, 7 November, 14 November, 21 November, 28 November, 5 December, 12 December and 15 December, and will run up and down from Jharsuguda via Sambalpur-Cuttack.

Itwari Express cancelled for 19 days: The Tatanagar-Itwari Express will be cancelled on both up and down journeys on October 14, 18, 21, 25, 28, 1 November, 4 November, 8 November, 11 November, 15 November, 18 November, 22 November, 25 November, 29 November, 2 December, 6 December, 9 December, 13 December, and 16 December. The rerouting and cancellation of trains will cause inconvenience to four to five hundred passengers daily, including those from Odisha and Chhattisgarh, including Tatanagar.

Due to a line block in the Adra division, the Jhargram-Dhanbad MEMU train, which runs via Tatanagar, will run to Bokaro on October 14 and 17. The Tatanagar-Asansol MEMU train will return from Adra on October 14. The Tatanagar-Hatia Express will be rerouted after Chandil on October 15. The Buxar Express will arrive at Tatanagar one and a half hours late on October 19, causing inconvenience to passengers.
