Jharkhand Weather Today: Heavy rain and thunderstorms have been recorded in many districts of Jharkhand including Ranchi. The Meteorological Department has issued orange and yellow alerts. Farmers have been advised to remain alert.
The weather has changed in other districts including Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi. In such a situation, heavy rain was recorded at some places and thunderstorms with strong winds were recorded at other places. At the same time, the Meteorological Department had predicted rain with strong winds in Ranchi, Chatra, Garhwa Giridih, Palamu, Hazaribagh in its forecast. An orange alert was also issued regarding this. Heavy rains occurred in these districts along with intense thunderstorms.
Winds will blow at a speed of 50-60 km per hour
At the same time, rain warning has been issued in Giridih, Garhwa, Chatra, Khunti, Lohardaga, Ranchi Hazaribagh, Deoghar, Dhanbad, Sahibganj, Godda and Jamtara on Saturday. Apart from this, strong winds along with thunderstorms can blow at a speed of 50-60 km per hour. In such a situation, the people of these districts have been asked to be cautious.

Farmers should be careful today
The weather department has especially warned the farmers that they need to be cautious because hailstorms can occur in the areas around Ranchi. A yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in the entire state of Jharkhand today. Along with rain, strong thunderstorms and lightning will be seen in the entire state. Although it will be slightly less in some districts, but still people have to be cautious.
