Jharkhand Weather Update : Heat wave wreaks havoc in Jharkhand! Roads from Ranchi to Jamshedpur deserted, yellow alert issued

Jharkhand Weather Update Today: Heatwave and strong sunlight has affected life in Jharkhand, roads from Ranchi to Jamshedpur are empty. The Meteorological Department has issued a 2-day warning and a yellow alert. Know what precautions to take.

Ranchi Weather Update: Jharkhand is currently in the grip of hot winds and scorching sunshine. From Tuesday morning, the sun rose so hot in many districts including the capital Ranchi that the roads became deserted. From 10 am itself, such heat started that people felt as if curfew was imposed. No crowd, no traffic, and no hustle and bustle in the markets. This situation was not limited to the capital only, the effect of scorching heat was clearly seen in districts like Jamshedpur, Palamu, Hazaribagh.

Temperature crossed 41 degrees, silence spread on the roads
The maximum temperature in many parts of the state has gone above 41 degrees. In Ranchi, the rays of the sun became so strong after 10 am that people were reluctant to come out of their homes.

Attendance in schools and colleges was low, and the crowd in public places was almost zero. Especially the time from 12 noon to 3 pm has been declared dangerous.

Danger of heat stroke, Meteorological Department warns
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for the entire state that there will be no relief from the heat for the next two days. Especially avoid going out unnecessarily during the afternoon, because the risk of heat stroke has increased. Children, elderly and already sick people should be careful, and if they have to go out, they should cover their head and carry water with them.

Weather will change by evening! Light rain may occur in these districts

According to the weather department forecast, change in weather is possible after 3 pm.

Light rain and strong winds are expected in Ranchi, Khunti, Lohardaga, Latehar, Simdega, East and West Singhbhum districts.

The speed of strong winds can be 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.

Due to this, a yellow alert has been issued in these districts, and people have been appealed to stay away from electric poles, trees and temporary structures.

No relief from heat yet, sun will torment for 2 more days

There is no hope of relief at the moment. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be no drop in the maximum temperature for the next two days. The effect of strong sunlight and hot winds will continue in most parts of the state.
