Jharkhand Weather Today: The first monsoon rain in Jharkhand brought down the temperature and brought relief from the heat. Orange alert issued in Ranchi, Gumla, Hazaribagh, red alert issued in East-West Singhbhum.
Heavy rains occurred in every district of the state including Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi on Tuesday. The first monsoon rain since morning cooled the weather, giving relief to people from the heat. With the arrival of monsoon, a huge drop in maximum temperature was recorded. Orange alert was issued regarding rain in Ranchi, Gumla and Hazaribagh districts.
Red alert issued regarding rain in these districts
At the same time, in view of heavy rains, red alert has been issued in some districts, which include East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Hazaribagh, Godda, Dumka, Pakur and Ramgarh. There will be heavy rain in these districts, along with the possibility of thunder and strong storm, in which the wind speed can be 50-60 kilometers per hour.

Yellow alert issued in these districts
At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued in other districts of Jharkhand. Here the wind speed can be 40-50 kilometers per hour and there is a possibility of intense thunderstorms. These districts include Ranchi, Palamu, Gumla, Giridih, Koderma, Sahibganj, Godda and Simdega.
