A dust storm (High Dust Storm Alert) can occur in eastern Rajasthan and western Rajasthan today. Strong stormy winds can blow at a speed of 50 kmph to 70 kmph. For this, an orange alert has also been issued by IMD.
Heavy rain (IMD Rain Alert) warning has been issued in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Odisha, Coast Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
There will be no significant change in maximum temperature over Northwest India and Central India for the next 4 days and over West India for the next 3 days. Thereafter, the temperature may increase by 2 to 5 degrees Celsius for the next 4 days. During the next 7 days, the maximum temperature over West India is likely to gradually fall by 3-5 degrees Celsius.
