Rain is not stopping in Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi. In Morabadi, the roof of a house broke and fell on a couple, killing both of them and two people also lost their lives due to lightning. Monsoon rain in Jharkhand has brought devastation with it. The water of Jamshedpur’s Chandil Dam is also overflowing, due to which the people living nearby have to vacate their houses.
At the same time, the situation is also bad in Hazaribagh, Sahibganj and Khunti districts. The roads have broken and scattered, due to which monsoon has brought trouble for Jharkhand. This was the situation in the last 24 hours and there is no hope of relief even today. Heavy rain may occur after 12:00 noon.

The havoc of rain will not stop even today
Apart from this, an orange alert has been issued in Latehar, Lohardaga, Ranchi, Gumla, Khunti, Simdega and West Singhbhum. People have been warned not to leave their homes unless it is very necessary. Also, lightning and strong winds at the speed of 50 to 60 km per hour can also occur. There is a yellow alert in the remaining districts. This means that the havoc of rain will be seen in entire Jharkhand even today.
A drop in maximum temperature has been recorded across Jharkhand. The maximum temperature in the state is between 27 to 29 degrees. The minimum temperature has reached 19 degrees, which was recorded in Latehar.
There is heavy rain in these districts
The intensity of rain is more in the southern districts of Jharkhand. 388 mm of rain has been recorded in Saraikela Kharsawan, 320 mm in East Singhbhum, 402 mm in Latehar, 328 mm in Simdega, 290 mm in West Singhbhum and 461 mm in Ranchi. Apart from this, 150-250 mm of rain has been recorded in other districts.
