Jharkhand Weather : A big update has come regarding the weather of Jharkhand. Jharkhand including Ranchi will remain cloudy for the next five days. Rain is forecast in many districts. The existing low pressure area is weakening. At the same time, the process of formation of a new low pressure area has started in the Bay of Bengal.
A cyclonic circulation has formed in the coastal areas of Myanmar and East-Central Bay of Bengal. Due to this, a low pressure area is likely to form in the Bay of Bengal on 25th September. Due to this, Jharkhand will remain cloudy till 30th and there is a possibility of rain in many districts.
According to the Meteorological Department, Ranchi received heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours. The highest rainfall in the state was recorded in Mandar at 140.2 mm. Simdega, West Singhbhum, Ramgarh, Khunti, Gumla, and Hazaribagh, among other districts, received light to moderate rainfall. Ranchi received 1509.2 mm of rain from June 1 to September 24, which is 50 percent more than the normal rainfall of 1003.2 mm.
According to the department, due to cloudy weather, the state’s temperature will not change significantly over the next five days. Ranchi’s maximum temperature on Wednesday was 29.7 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 22.4 degrees Celsius. Godda’s maximum temperature was 34.6 degrees Celsius.
Disclosing this information, Meteorological Department scientist Abhishek Anand stated that various districts in the state, including Ranchi, will remain cloudy over the next five days. Rain is also expected at many places during this period. A warning has been issued for thunderstorms and lightning at isolated places during the five days.
